Gingerbread composition
Mimishka makes unique cookies according to the original author's recipe, based on only natural ingredients and quality products.

The dough is based on wheat flour, chicken eggs, powdered sugar, and sunflower oil.
The unique taste and aroma are provided by 7 types of natural spices: ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, allspice, anise, cloves, vanilla pod.

The glaze is made from powdered sugar, glucose syrup and dry egg white (albumin), which is absolutely safe for even the smallest sweets.

Gingerbread cookies are lactose-free and do not contain honey to prevent any allergic reactions.

Any picture on the gingerbread is a direct print with high-quality Italian food dyes on the glaze. Mimishka pays special attention not only to the taste, but also to the stylish design of the packaging.

The process of making gingerbread takes a lot of time (from kneading and proofing the dough, baking and drying the glaze to the preparation of layouts by our designer for each cookie and packaging). Therefore, we advise you to order in advance.

A bit of magic: if you left the gingerbread without packaging for a long time and it became hard, do not be upset, because it is hygroscopic, that is, it has the ability to absorb moisture. Leave the gingerbread with pieces of apple or bread in an airtight container overnight. In the morning, the gingerbread will be soft again.

The tested and recommended period of use is 6 months.
